The Royal Arsenal Association is a newly founded association of former Royal Arsenal Woolwich
apprentices.
In its heyday, the barges went to and from ROF Woolwich to supply raw materials to the Royal
Gunpowder Mills and the Royal Small Arms Factory and bring back finished items.

The Lee Enfield Rifle Association (LERA) was formed in 1998 by a group enthusiasts who saw
the need for an organisation dedicated to the use and study of the Lee Enfield Rifle. Since
then, LERA has gone from strength to strength and the membership of around 350 is widely
spread throughout the United Kingdom and includes some from Oversea. LERA holds Home Office
Approval and is affiliated to the National Rifle Association.
